Lesson 1. Define your work
In today’s world, a person dedicates a lot of time to their work. Whether it be our jobs or even household chores, working all the time wears us down to a point where we don’t remember to take care of ourselves. We should all improve our ability to set good boundaries. Boundaries at work are not only beneficial to success, but they are also a means of self-care.
