Lesson 1
Before proceeding with an in-depth understanding of the insights, there are a few things that need to be clarified first. You don't need to spend hundreds of dollars per month on useless supplements, steroids or protein powder. Our muscles get confused when we constantly switch up our workout routines. You don’t need to obsess over cardiovascular exercises to lose stubborn belly fat or skip cheat meals to get in shape.
The majority of mainstream bodybuilding magazines are little more than mouthpieces for supplement companies that either owns them outright or control them financially by buying all the ad space. In almost all cases, the primary goal of these magazines is to sell supplements, and they work damn well. The magazines push products in various ways like appealing advertisements and regular publishing of "advertorials", which are advertisements disguised as informative articles. These magazines also provide workout and nutrition advice which, in many cases, end with product recommendations of one kind or another. These magazines are filled with lies. Or better, lies mixed with the truth. Most of these fitness models are pumped with drugs so make them grow up in such sizes. The supplement companies know that if they can just keep getting these magazines into people's hands, they will keep selling products. Every edition of the magazine comes up with new training methodologies, diet tricks, research on effective supplements, and so on.
Then there is the problem of personal trainers. Most of them are not in their best shape, and often lack the motivation to get their clients in shape. Moreover, they are more concerned about their business, as, if their clients see results quickly, it would mean they would have to look for new clients. They do not give their clients an effective diet plan which hinders their fitness goals.
In the following lessons, we will embark on an effective plan towards attaining the fitness you desire. Whether it is fat loss or muscle gains or just getting leaner and stronger, the following lessons are what you need.
Lesson 2-
