Food and the culture around food are the second agents that affect our health in a negative way. Fast food, as its name says, is consumed fast, and that is what a lot of people find attractive. Getting late for the office? Well, grab a burger from the nearby shop. This belief is as harmful as not eating at all. The consumption of fast food is unhealthy for you, but it also affects your wallet. 

The third factor that affects your well-being is the way you sleep. Sleep is, easily, the most important thing in your life. Without proper sleep, you will never be able to function at your peak levels. There are multiple ways you might be affecting your sleep pattern.

  1. You might not be getting enough sleep.
  2. You might be going to sleep at a time when everyone wakes up.
  3. Your atmosphere might not be suitable to guarantee you the best sleep.

Amidst all of these, there are other factors that might be affecting your sleeping schedule as well.
