Lesson 1. Eat cheese and lose weight! A diet that can change your life.
The moment we hear the word ‘diet’, resentment or fear blooms in our brains. We think of giving up our favorite snacks and eating food by measuring each and every calorie. We think of eating the same small portioned food every day. That way of losing weight isn’t only mentally draining but also extremely unhealthy and does not necessarily help us lose weight visibly.
The word is derived from the word ‘ketosis’, which is a naturally occurring metabolic state of the body. This diet encourages one to cut down on carbohydrates. In this state, the body gets energy from burning the fat in our bodies instead of carbohydrates.
